Or possibly you’ve renovated and are suddenly told you should have had a permit… whatever the case, LBJ can step in, contact the authorities and help you resolve the situation. The staff at LBJ has helped to resolve hundreds of code compliance violations, and promises to make the process as painless as possible. Speaking with building officials is not something most people do every day. LBJ understands the demands and process, and can advocate for the client in ways that will always comply with the Florida Building Code. This service is available to everyone… Permits can be obtained, and violations resolved whether you are an existing client or not. There’s no charge for calling with a question regarding permits and violations

As the owner’s representative, we serve as an extension of the owner’s staff. LBJ provides guidance through the lifecycle of your project, protecting the owner’s interests at all times.

LBJ provides owners with the value-added resources they will need to make their project a success. For an owner whose team may not have the required depth of resources to look after each component of a project, LBJ literally serves as an extension of their staff.

As the project’s “eyes and ears,” we can provide on-site representation to make sure that construction proceeds in accordance with contract documents, on time and within budget. Working as your advocate, LBJ’s staff enable clients to focus on their core business without distraction.

LBJ ’s staff have hands-on experience and skills that are applied throughout each phase of a project. We provide clients with this technical knowledge to keep you abreast of events, enabling you to make informed and timely decisions.

Owner’s Representative services include:

• Analyzing constructability

• Assisting in evaluating contractor payment requests
